MyFinancial is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Business Online Banking customers. We are adding an additional layer of protection called Security Tokens (Digipass 260). Click & Learn
How does Security Tokens (Digipass 260) protect you - Security Tokens (Digipass 260) helps protect your online banking information in two ways. Every time you log in to Business Online Banking, it lets MyFinancial verify your identity, and it lets you identify the bank.
Activate Security Tokens (Digipass 260)
Once you have received your token, you will have approximately 30 days to activate it.
To activate your token, follow these steps. Click & Learn
- Log in by entering your current Access ID and password.
- Click LOG IN.
- From the menu, select OPTIONS, and then ENABLEMENT.
- Complete the Enablement form.
- Enter the token's serial number located on the back of your token.
- Press the triangle button on your token to turn it on.
- The Application screen appears on your token (APPLI).
- Press (1) to generate a One Time Password.
- Enter the number into the ONE TIME PASSWORD field on your screen.
- Type in any 4-digit PIN number you choose. You will need this PIN each time you log in.
- Enter your e-mail address. If your token is ever lost or damaged, a temporary password will be sent to this address.
- Select a secret question and answer.
- Click SUBMIT.
That's it. Your token should now be activated. If you have questions, just give us a call at , we'll be glad to assist you.
Log in with Your Security Tokens (Digipass 260)
Once you have activated your token, follow these steps to log in. Click & Learn
- Log in using your current Access ID.
- Press the triangle button on your token to turn it on.
- The Application screen (APPLI) appears on your token.
- Press (1) to generate a One Time Password.
- Enter the 8-digit number generated by your token into the PASSWORD field on your screen.
- AFTER YOUR TOKEN PASSWORD, enter the 4-digit PIN number you selected during activation.
- Click LOG IN.
- The SITE AUTHENTICATION screen appears.
- Press your token's triangle button a second time to generate the Site Authentication Value.
- Confirm that the number on your token matches the number on your screen.
- If the numbers match, click LOG IN.
- If the Site Authentication numbers do not match, do not continue.
Start over, or contact MyFinancial for assistance at .
- If the Site Authentication numbers do not match, do not continue.
That's it. You are now securely logged in.
Secure ACH and Wire Transfers
Each time you submit an ACH or Wire transfer, a One Time Password may be required to complete the transaction. Just follow the steps below. Click & Learn
- Press the triangle button on your token to turn it on.
- The Application screen (APPLI) appears on your token.
- Press (1) to generate a One Time Password.
- Enter the 8-digit number generated by your token into the PASSWORD field on your screen.
- Click SUBMIT.
That's it. Your transaction is now complete.
Set-up a Keypad PIN number for your Token
For even greater security, you can use a keypad PIN number to prevent unauthorized access to your token. Once it is set-up, the PIN is required to unlock the keypay each time your token is used.
- To set-up a keypay PIN number, press and hold the triangle button on your token for three (3) seconds.
- The NEW PIN screen is displayed.
- Enter any 4-digit PIN number you would like to use for keypad access.
- The PIN CONFIRMATION screen is displayed.
- From the PIN CONFIRMATION screen, type your keypad PIN number a second time.
That's it. Your keypad PIN is now confirmed.
